Who we are

Creative Deal is a managed, invitation-based marketplace that connects property owners with licensed real estate brokers in the UAE. We facilitate introductions and curate listings; we are not a party to any sale, agency agreement, or transaction between users.

The Platform is operated from the United Arab Emirates and is intended for participants in the UAE real estate market.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use the Platform. Brokers must hold a valid RERA licence and provide their BRN and ORN for verification before gaining access.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

Listings, submissions, and offers

Owners may submit property details, including an asking price and a confidential minimum acceptable price visible only to our team. Brokers may submit offers and matching properties, which our team reviews before they reach the relevant party.

We may approve, reject, or request changes to any listing, submission, or offer at our discretion. Accepting an offer on the Platform is not, by itself, a binding contract of sale — binding terms are agreed directly between the parties.

Privacy and introductions

The identities and contact details of owners, brokers, and buyers are kept private and are never revealed to other users through the Platform. After an offer is accepted, our team arranges introductions manually.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by submitting false information, attempting to identify or contact other users outside the managed process, scraping data, or interfering with the Platform's security or operation.

Fees

Creating an account and requesting access is free. Any fees relating to specific services will be communicated to you clearly in advance. You remain responsible for your own brokerage commissions, taxes, and transaction costs.

Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted information or the outcome of any introduction or transaction. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update these Terms or suspend or close accounts that breach them. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of the UAE.
