Data we collect

Account data you provide: your name, email, phone number, role (owner, broker, or buyer), and — for brokers — RERA licence details (BRN and ORN).

Content you submit: property details, asking and minimum prices, offers, messages, and documents.

Technical data needed to operate the service securely, such as your IP address and timestamps recorded when you take key actions like accepting an offer.

How we use your data

To create and manage your account and verify brokers; to operate the managed marketplace — reviewing listings, submissions, and offers and arranging introductions; to keep the Platform secure and maintain an audit trail; and to contact you about your activity and deals.

Legal basis

We process personal data where it is necessary to provide the service you have requested, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interest in operating a secure marketplace, and, where required, with your consent.

Cookies

Creative Deal uses only essential cookies required to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and request consent where the law requires it.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. Owner, broker, and buyer identities and contact details are never revealed to other users through the Platform; introductions are made manually by our team only after an offer is accepted.

We use trusted service providers — for example, secure hosting and database infrastructure — who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and audit obligations. You may ask us to delete your account, subject to records we are required to retain.

Your rights under the PDPL

Under the PDPL you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@creativedeal.ae.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

Data security

We use technical and organisational measures — including access controls and row-level security on our database — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and strictly limit who can see it.

International transfers

Where data is processed outside the UAE by our service providers, we take steps to ensure a level of protection consistent with the PDPL.
